Everybody snags images of interest off the PACS. They put them on their USB Drives, send them to Massive teaching facilities, burn them to CD or email them to themselves. This typically results in having your eggs in baskets all over the place and sometimes your eggs in somebody else’s basket.

Wouldn’t it be cool if iPhoto could index and tag images with medical relevance? iPhoto can’t do this, but Xphile can. Xphile can also import data and images from OsiriX with ridiculous ease and export them to Keynote by willing it to happen.
