Fixed!

It took many a complaint to tell me that the installer was jacked up for this application. But nevertheless, its fixed.

I coded a small utility to use for searching values for DICOM tags. I call it DICOM Buddy and it has been useful in mapping DICOM fields to alternate locations for PACS.
